Shortly after beginning college at the University of Arizona Anna Marie began her Real Estate Career and has since spent over the past 20 years as one of the most successful residential Real Estate Brokers in the Western United States. She started her career as the youngest licensed agent at that time in Tucson, Arizona and the top new sales agent in her office for 15 years. She continued on to owning and operating Casa Nova Realty specializing in new homes and condo conversions. She has sold well over 3,000 homes in her career.

In 1996, she partnered with Tracy Mehki, forming Sand and Sea Capital. Their initial focus was acquiring older, well located single-family homes completing extensive remodeling, and selling them as luxury spec homes. In 1988, she was nominated Outstanding Young Woman in America.

In 1999 they acquired their first apartment building to be converted into condominiums and since then have dramatically grown the company, completing many more conversions as well as their most recent commercial office building endeavors. Along with Anna Maries extensive sale experience she remains a top producer achieving Top Producer status with Prudential since she joined in 2003. Anna Marie was ranked #17 Production in San Diego County, #2 in Transactions in San Diego County, #1 GCI, #1 Sold units in her. (For the second year in a row).

In addition to sales and marketing, her other responsibilities as principle include assisting in property acquisitions, market research, investor relations and supervising the mortgage division.
